Grandmaster is not too difficult, enemies hit hard but it´s not usually a problem dodging and blocking whatever they throw at you. Feels more forgiving than Sekiro or most DS bosses. (some ds bosses are silly easy though). Most difficult part is probably the beginning getting used to the controls.
